late response but, EMT gear only works outside blue zone

and yeah it basically cuts the meds usage timer by 50%

and makes it possible to heal teammates which is actually more effective too, the first aid kit actually heals them up to 100%, not 75% like it usually does

and boosts give more boost gauge with EMT, so energy drink basically becomes a painkiller

and painkiller gives you like 90% of the boost gauge right away

Being locked is just to stop it from being scrapped accidentally

@lusty olive If it seems to be bugged, then you should record a screen video showing that it's equipped and upgraded (I see it's level 5 out of 6) but that it's not showing the upgrade in-game. • Use the sound trainer to get better at using the sounds of enemy gunfire to quickly and accurately locate enemies

• Practice dropping from the plane and controlling the parachute to land where you want to

• Gain experience with cooking grenades and throwing them accurately

• Use the target ranges to understand and adjust for bullet drop at different ranges with different weapons, to practice with various scopes and the zeroing feature of some scopes and iron sights, and to get better at hitting moving targets

Why doesn't the PUBG community remove these cheaters? Every time you look, there are more and more people cheating. So, for normal players like us, this game has now become unpleasant. Yeah that helps. But that depends on your in game sensitivity settings because ideally you’d play low sens however if you don’t have enough mouse space to drag the mouse down(like playing on a small desk) then you might have to adapt to higher sens and moving your wrist more than dragging

I'm trying to play PUBG in every way, but I'm having terrible frame drops and stuttering. I don't have these problems with any games except PUBG, no offense. My PC is an I5 7400 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA RTX 3060 graphics card, 16 GB of RAM. In the NVIDIA control panel, I've already taken precautions to avoid frame drops > Ultra, I disabled everything that was necessary and set it to ultra low latency mode. In Windows' graphics settings, I set GPU Scheduling with hardware acceleration > On. I set battery > performance. I disabled the Overlay on both NVIDIA and Steam. I set the entire game to low resolution, removing the usual things that can slow it down.

@peak lynx The pros use the folded shield somewhat frequently for mid- to late-game when cover is more scarce. They will also put heavier items like C4 in car trunks. But rarely do they use the zipline gun, from what I've seen.

The M79 smoke gun & the repair kit are much more generally useful in the pistol slot.

That said, the zipline gun can get you into certain fun spots that you can't access otherwise.

c4 is situational, if im in a squad I carry one in my car but rather have nades smokes and bangs on me

zip lines are super handy in house or city fights (early game i would definitely carry them if you find them) but exchange for smoke or repair kit or shotgun.

Smoke + place shield to revive teammate very good

but shield works also very good for cover in general in mid to late game

early game I also always carry c4’s as it helps clearing a building way easier

if I find them

as for zip lines you can get to unfamiliar spots on roofs etc to get a good angle on your enemy

If you’re trying to have the car move while you switch seats to shoot you need to switch the seat while still accelerating.. somehow. It’s tricky but it works just fine and car won’t lose speed so fast

A good advice would be to bind your seats on diff keys so you don’t have to accelerate, ctrl +1,2,3,4 etc

Hey, I’m having an issue with footstep audio in PUBG
I can easly tell where enemies are coming from, and the distance feels somewhat reasonable.

However, when they get closer (around 1-2 houses away), it suddenly feels like they are right next to my wall.

I’ve also noticed that at close range, the volume doesn’t seem to increase much anymore. So even if the enemy is still a bit far, it sounds almost the same as if they were very close.

Is this normal behavior in PUBG’s audio system, or could it be caused by my audio settings or headset?

pubg's sound system is not the best, but i do think that a good pair of headphones could improve your overall sound quailty/direction.
personally i use the Steelseries "arctis nova 5" and the sonar feature helps direction the sound better

but it is $150

have you considered doing a split set up? like a detached USB mic to accompany a USB headset? i’m not sure how many usb ports are available in a PS5, but could be a good option for crisp input and clearer output

Personally, i use a El Gato Wave 3 and i constantly get compliments on how good my mic is. it’s clear with little to no background noise.

I also use a Razer Kraken V3 headset and have no complaints. i’ve owned everything from astros to turtle beach’s, to MadCatz (showing my age) and nothing comes close to how good these krakens are, (yes i’m sponsored, no this isn’t an ad)

I have a question about the required amount of activities to complete clan challenges. I know the required amount for each challenge goes up after the clan has 20+ members.... My question is where is the next breakpoint # of members for requiring even more from clan challenges? I can't find anything online outlining clan sizes vs # of activities required to complete a challenge
