uninstall and reinstall Sys menu 4.1, there is some shit blocking IOS 80 for some reason, even SysCheck was feaking out (when IOS 80 wasn't even installed), you can probably check with wii explorer

it's probable that someone used Star Patch on the wii to block updates in 3.4, but it shouldn't have caused issues with IOS 80, it wasn't even out at the time lol

put SD card in PC, Copy the nand.bin and keys.bin in the program folder, and then right click -> eject your SD card

to make sure the copy is complete

if you get the error again, try to make a new nand backup
