Hello. I just downloaded the game again after a long time, and it seems I can no longer rotate the camera while driving a vehicle. It works fine on foot though.
I tried resetting the keybinds to default, and then changing the camera rotate setting (my current mouse doesn't have a middle button), but still got the same issue. Any other steps I should try?

It's only the "Rotate Camera" that doesn't. Both "Rotate Camera Left" and "Rotate Camera Right" work. Never had this issue before (even with the current keybind)

Ok so when you go up to Storage Depot, and unload the crate of light tank, store it in the depot. then navigate the storage depot UI to right click the light tanks that are stored

Hi, i've read the technical read first channel and cant seem to find anything that works for my friends issue. He is having an issue where the game doesn't launch from steam. He has reinstalled 3 times, verified game cache, restarted his pc, updated and also reverted gpu drivers, changed install drive and yet the game still won't launch. @terse flume weapons have a limited effective range, any shots past the range will do minimal damage (and I do mean minimal damage). Corner shooting will enable you to see further, however you damage output will be limited by the effective range

Got something weird going on that I can't pin down. When I launch the game its like any time the game is in focus I can't actually interact with anything the whole game freezes. @chrome gate I did a fresh reinstall and paused my antivirus, and it solved at least one of my other problems (game freezing when I exited). Still haven't been able to log in tho, most of suggestions I've seen are 1) keep trying till it works 2) make sure the steam port aren't being blocked by your antivirus or router

well all i can say is what other people say about VAC no cheating = no ban we truly dont know if it will be flagged as if VAC detects some form of unexpected behavior valve engineers review the code that is ran on your pc and if they discover some sort of cheat they will flag it

Hello. When war 60 started I was in the Colonial Home Region waiting for the war to restart, when it did I got a loading screen that said "Server Resetting" and pressed the option "Deploy to home region". We were then taken back to the Home Region as Colonials. My friend did the exact same thing as I did, but when he logged out from the Home Region he got the faction option and chose Wardens. I was not given a choice like he was when I logged out from Home Region and Im now stuck as Colonials. All my friends are playing Wardens, thus making the game unplayable for me seeing as I dont want to play alone. Is there any way for me to be able to play as Wardens during this war?

hi i just reinstalled the game a few days ago after a hiatus form it. wow a lot has changed. But anyway, ever since i started playing again for whatever reason, the action that by defult corrisponds with the F key, hasn't worked for me. It's the "switch firing modes" action, but it serves as the "raise/lower ramp" for barges, and "deploy/undeploy" for cranes, none of which i've been able to do. It makes it impossible for me to provide logi to island based areas since i can't ever go anywhere cuz the barg ramp won't raise/lower for example. And i also can't witch firing modes for the storm rifles. Anyone know how i can fix this? I've tried remapping to varies other keys, to which it didn't work for those keys either. And i tried verifying game files in steam jsut in case. No luck. anyone else have this issue?

Hi I have an issue on Linux (Arch Linux). I'm playing through Proton and I can't alt tab the game. I tried changing the game mode from fullscreen to windowed without any result. Whenever I alt tab, the screen turn black for 1-2 seconds, then returns to the game. Pressing the Windows button on the keyboard displays the start menu on the left but no bottom bar where I can select for example Discord. @nimble mauve You are the best firewall that can be found out there. Get rid of Avast and all that stuff, it's eating more resources than needed for stuff that even Windows Defender can do. You'll be safe for as long as you decide to not take any risk.
Most downloadable firewalls tend to generate false positives even for games that use libraries or other system services.

I'm not sure where exactly I should report this, but I have a problem with the size of the interface. I have a 4k monitor, and at maximum resolution I found two elements that are not working correctly. The first example is information from binoculars with distance and azimuth. At 1920x1080 everything works fine, but at 4k resolution this information becomes too small. It is almost impossible to distinguish something against a light background without bending over to the monitor. The second example shows the maximum approximation of the map. At 1920x1080 everything works fine, but with 4k resolution the map becomes too small even at maximum zoom, and icons make it difficult to see roads and other things.

Hey all, so I'm running an ancient ATI Radeon HD 3470 card (made in 2008 lol). When I go to launch the game I receive an engine error stating that "You need DirectX 11 level 10.0 to run the engine". Something along those lines.
I have checked my DirectX versions (by running dxdiag and I have level 10_1, 10_0 and older in my featured lists. So, although my card is ancient is should be able to support 10.0 right? It's in the feature list afterall. Any help with getting around this issue?
P.S. My graphics drivers are up to date

UE4 updated.. like 3ish months ago to use some of the newer features allowed by DX11, and many older cards don't have the capability to run those features at all.

So, a couple nights ago I had no problem playing the game. Ran fine. Today I hop on and I’ve been rubberbanding once I spawn in. I ran a speed test and my ping is low, all network speeds are high. I could hear voices and see everyone else just fine. However I would rubberband beyond control after I deployed. Any ideas?

Hey, I can't connect to voice chat at the moment I keep getting "voice chat error [8] 6-0"
I have tried the things in the technical read first (changed dns, deleted voice chat files in game's files and disabled sip alg) and I occasionally get voice chat error [2] 2-10028 when I attempt to reconnect in the games settings

I need help. My news is not displayed in the main menu. Then, when I go to my home region, I don't see spawn points. My current squad is also not displayed like any other squads. Then if I go to the main menu and again try to enter my home region, I am offered to choose a faction. The day before yesterday everything was fine and I have not had any problems with the game for a couple of years.

Every time I close foxhole it gets frozen with no way to close it, and voice chat still active. The process is not in my task manager and closing any process with the foxhole logo doesn't work.
If I instead of closing the game when I'm done I just end the process, steam still detects it as on and I can't log in again (failed to download profile) until I restart the computer. Again, no foxhole process, and closing anything with a logo does nothing. Restarting steam does nothing.

Hmm... I have a question regarding how the chat works. Are some special letters/characters not allowed by the game?
Basically, I wanted to write a ž (alt+z, in a custom keyboard layout) while selecting a squad name, but nothing was written. I tried ctrl+v'ing along with a word, but everything except it was pasted. Trying to use a ż (alt+z, Polish keyboard layout) in the normal chat only outputs nothing in the chat and this nothing can be actually posted. Interestingly, some Polish characters (ć - ctrl+c, ó - ctrl+o, ę - ctrl+e) are perfectly fine, while others (ż - ctrl+z, ź - ctrl+x, ł - ctrl+l, ą - ctrl+a) only come out as nothing.
I've also noticed that alt allows you to move your character while the textbar is open, could this interfere in some way? Or maybe the ingame keybinds do?

It's locked because people were abusing the file that caps it to do other stuff like give you a much bigger FOV so you could see people from way further away than intended.

Hey guys i need a bit of help.
After one of the updates (i belive it was 37 or some of hotfixes) ive lost my map in bottom left corner when using vehicles. (trucks).
And for first week or two, i thought devs just turned off that feature untill i found out other ppl still have that. Since im not really a loggy guy, i didnt bother with it too much, but as time progresses i found my self in wishing for that little map.
So first i tryed verifing files in steam, all cheks out. Then i actually uinstaled the game, and instaled it again, yet no map when enter vehicle.
Does anybody else have same problem, or have you heard about it, anyone know any ways i can try to fix it?
