Hey all, maybe someone can help me, got a new Bluetooth headset, works great on everything except foxhole. Audio starts out great, I get into game and as soon as the game connects to local chat channel all sound is gone. The only way I can hear game sound and chat is if both output and input are set to the mic headset portion but the game sounds like crap. Any thoughts?

They work fine on everything except foxhole, even in foxhole they work until 4 seconds in then everything goes silent.

Well thanks anyways, I’ve spent 4 hours testing them on everything besides the game and they are fine, all roads point to foxhole with the issue.

I have, works fine with a pair of normal headphones and actually when I disable the mic portion of the bt headphones it works fine, it’s when I enable the mic everything shuts down audio wise.

The first time I was picking fuel from the ground near the Monument, i press E by mistake on the Monument and it said Fatal error, I rejoined and was picking the fuel again and I also did the same mistake again and it crashed again, then I rejoined and tried it twice on purpose and every time I clicked E on the Monument it crashed the game, I talked about it in the world chat and someone else confirmed that it happened to him as well.

sure, i went firewall> entrace/enter in/input rules, then searched for all Foxhole firewall rules (found 4) opened then >advanced> border routing then i switched to "agree all border routing" then i went in top off window "

"specify the profiles to which this rule applies" then i marked "domain" box with the other 2 boxes "public" and "private"

@inner basin the solution to crashing problem was that crash logs contain the name of the .dll file that failed, just google that file and look for the problems. for the nvwgf2umx.dll solution is rolling nvidia driver back to 352.86 version and not selecting geforce expierience and hd audio driver

Got some weird voice chat bug with no error in chat box. Whenever I join an op, the voice chat works for a few seconds then goes out. If I use my op chat or local voice it stops me from hearing others in the op immediately. Any fix?

Close Steam and Foxhole
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Foxhole\War\Plugins\VivoxCoreUE4Plugin\Source\ThirdParty (or wherever Foxhole is installed - read here.)
Delete VivoxCoreLibrary
Reopen Steam, and verify the game files.
Restart your computer.

Open GameUserSettings.ini
Set PreferredFullscreenMode=0 from whatever it is currently at
Save the file
Restart the game

Most pc's have two ways of running graphics. Your Graphics card, the 1050 Ti. And your motherboard. Which has a weak graphics card.

It is capable of running windows, but can't handle a full on game. Though this wouldn't explain how he can run other games normally. So i'd rule this out as a possible cause.

Could you try going to the 'GameUserSettings.ini' file again and change the resolution settings?

Normally deleting this file like you already did should solve this issue. A black screen on start on this game only is nearly always a resolution problem. So changing the resolution to a low setting should allow you to run the game normally and edit it again there.

What you could still try: Run the game in compatibility settings for a different windows.
