The latter mostly because it doesn't use the same bipod/tripod system as the MG

here's a simple solution: make everything less mobile... right to the point where you're at a speed of a goddamn turtle on land

60% for the gun and 5% for each mag
fuck it, pump that encumbrance to 70% for the gun and 6% for each mag
BOOM, now you have HMG weapon teams
fuck you, HMG lovers, now you need a friend
now you'll need someone to hold your ammo and protect your fat ass because with that much encumbrance you won't be moving much

What I got from this talk is just people who've had limited or no time on the current MG in the game at all.
Limited mobility? It's already limited as fuck, why do you think they would implement the LMG if it wasn't so?
It's a noob trap for anything else besides on the defensive in emplacements, that's about it.
We've tried using it offensively multiple times and it just ends up with us being rifle grenaded to hell.

@robust cloud To walk on something it needs to have a tangible surface. He's extracted the model, but it is no collided, and has no physical existence. Meaning. You'd fall through it if you tried to walk on it.
He'd need to rid navmesh to it.

Because people are deriving the design from standard french WWI horizon blue uniforms and a significant portion of the concept art it is very difficult to see the extra details in the collar.
You literally need to go to sketchfab and zoom way into the model.
And honestly, it is close enough for almost everyone to not really notice.

i haven't been on this discord in a while a have an idea for vehicles and allowing players to create vehicles off the basic vehicles they have now for the players own purposes such as having a designer building that would allow a person to import a design from when people launch the game. there will be a design vehicle option when they are on launcher and you or the person doing the design would say for all sakes and purposes you want a scout tank. so you go to the designers part you get an Lt haul or a apc haul and you either create a turret or redo the existing turret eh. so you get this vehicle lighted up maybe you put the 30mm in when it gets in the game for a light armament and you go to the designers building, now depending on what you need for the main gun and what tech and even if you have the tech will be a factor to weather or not you can build this or not. also for vehicle factory have 3 upgrades so first basic when you first get your vec factory up you can only work around with things like trucks flatbeds and motorbikes only using infantry weapons like rifles,lmgs, smgs, sorta things. then second upgrade you can make designs that have both infantry weapons on it and maybe heavier caliber weapons on it like AT rifles mgs and things like that maybe mortars and you can modify acs and halftracks so ac could have a single at gun or maybe two but you would have to redo the turret
3rd upgrade for bts and lts and anything else thats land based
so if petrol is low and you lose your last well to wardens/colonials you can design a lt that takes diesel but you need 4 diesel engines (those that are already modeled at home region) to replace 1 petrol
and maybe the fuel tank will need to be large for the more full needed for the engines
so instead of 200L it would be 400L but diesel instead of petrol
and tank moves slower
if you don't have tech you can build vehicle
so if you have ac with redone turret and redone haul and the turret sports a 40mm and yoy dont have tanks yet you have to wait or put on 30mm instead
this would allow for the entire creative community of foxhole to both in times of great need to halt an offensive and to also make new ways of fighting warfare in this game and would allow for new and old tactics to either be born or redone in away to fit the new ways for war

it would also allow players to make supper haulers like flatbeds with 30 slots instead of the normal 15 for logi trucks
