The Caovair BR-2 was a short lived type which entered service at the end of the Great Wars, only 8 were made and they all flew only 2 combat sorties. Their massive multibank 36 cylinder engines were gas guzzlers. But the speeds which they could get to utilizing MW-50 allowed them to outrun the menace of Colonial Fighter aircraft. The sole turret at the rear had a pair of 14.5s which would turn any Collie bastard fighter into flying cinders. The BR-2 was a delicate machine, one whose only features designed to be exceptionally tough was not using evaporative cooling, the flaps, and the landing gear.

There are like two options (in-universe):
-Ppl in-universe are just dumb and don't know concept of BVR in case of tanks
-Optics in those tanks are just too poor, that even T-34 Crews would be way more efficient in battle than those tanks. In short, shitty optics cause them to get closer for better accuracy.

I present the Caovair Chausser-9. The C-9 was a troubled machine with power problems stemming from the expectations put on it's X-28 (configuration) engine. Despite producing a substantial amount of power (1700 hp on takeoff) it still wasn't up to the standards put on it. Efforts to fix the problems of the C-9 led to the excellent C-10. The C-9 was armed with two 14.5mms in the wing roots and two 25mms in the radiator pods, this armament was probably the best thing about the design.

Be me, wardenchad. Only reinstalled that day on a whim. Most of the fighting's on Silk Farm. Get there, go around healing people with med kit and reving with trauma. Guy gets hit with a grenade, but is only critically wounded, not dead. I run over to rev him, telling him in voice to not go to the light. He makes choking sounds as I encourage him to stay alive. Repeatedly telling him I got his ass secure. Just then, another grenade rolls in, almost directly ontop of us. I scream, and I'm critically wounded. I cry out in pain as no one around me has trauma kit. I yell for someone to help me, but as I'm shouting, where I was gets shelled. A group of bystanders too close to me got blown away and died instantly, as do I. As it fades, I hear a guy say that "this was the most horrifying thing I've ever seen". I'm inclined to agree.

A warden mech, designed after an engineer was left overnight with a few centurions and several bottles of vodka. Relatively slow, but it provides a very stable firing platform for its Howitzer, and can defend itself adequately with its nose mounted FMG turret.

So, here's a story.
There was a random dude that just got off of work. He sat down behind his computer and browsed steam. He found this weird game... "Foxhole" Twenty Bucks. Persistent World? Top Down Shooter? All the soldiers are real people? Pfft... Stupid. Proposterous. Might be another game with empty promises and lying reviews.
That same man served artillery crew with me on a Monday night. We were shelling a colonial advance together throughout the night, using a Howie and ash shells because our standard Howie shells were exhausted. It was the first time he ever played foxhole. And his first death came the colonials, annoyed with our persistent artillery fire, fired back howitzer shells directly on ours, killing us both instantly with the first shell. Before that, he served artillery crew for three hours straight defending from that colonial advance. His loss was not in vein, and within half an hour, the Wardens successfully counter pushed, and secured our defensive line.
He bought the game through risk, under the presumption of a random cheap game with no content.
He never knew he'd spend his Monday night single handedly changing the course of an entire war.
