So basically it would work like this :
, i come up with forces for a scenario, get a friend to play it out with me ,note everything down , find old war footage , cut everything together so that video fits the story , voice over, find or make background music and upload the battle report
So this could be my way of saying
a unit of 3 At Halftracks attacks a company of 4 Mass production tanks which are in lightly urban area , the Halftracks roll 6 shots , score 4 hits , all 4 Tanks are destroyed

Colonials want to "Colonise" the rest of the world and started an agressive war and wiped the south of the continent , mean while the rest of the world organised a counter faction called : Union of the broken Banners , they have the greater Economy but are not prepared war , while the collies have the industrial base to wage the war but lack Oil and Gas , hence they go up north to get that , expecting an easy victory they get there ass handed to them by the wardens , out ragged that savages dared to beat the master race Collie High Command allows the use of gas and the wardens evac everything to the north , and continue the fight despite the collies insiting that they should not be able to do that given that they evaced there entire population into a frozen wasteland
from there on its a race if the collies can wipe the wardens before the rest of the world can muster the forces to land in Warden Held Ports

The garrison upgrades in general increase the chance a shirt isn't used when a player spawns at the base.
Something about increasing Observation bunker range for the command modifications and there's a 3rd one I can't recall
I was hoping for some more specific ones since y'know, you have to build a certain amount of upgrades to build the other modifications.

pump shotguns are fine to use no matter your armor set, but if you ever want to use combat shotguns you need mobility builds with lots of movement points because it takes exactly 50 AP to burstfire them
so if you want to go tin can shotgun you kinda can't use combat shotguns, you have to use pump shotguns

ok so if you want to do that definitely get Mechanics and Tailoring
Mechanics will let you get a better AR and metal armor, Tailoring is required for the carrier vest in your metal armor
Good energy shields are not really necessary for this build so unless you really like tasers you should skip Electronics
Chemistry is awesome and lets you get very powerful grenades and grenades are the best weapon type in the game so if you like grenades consider getting Chemistry
Biology is all about drugs so unless you have a specific plan skip this
If you want a Regenerative Vest in your Metal Armor, you will want levels in electronics and biology however, but this isn't really necessary it's all just on what you want to do

there are not many people that actually run tech so its basically regiments and the techmaids and the regiment leaders that vote

It can disrupt the logi into the affected regions though, because players can experience connection issues.

We no longer provide faction unlock requests. If you are a new player and under level 5, you have one free faction unlock which you can access from the faction select screen on the top-right corner. If you are over level 5, or you have already exercised your free faction unlock, then you will need to wait until a new war to pick a new faction.
Most wars last between 1-2 weeks. When a war is won, it enters into "Resistance Phase" for 1-3 days. After this, a new war is started and all faction locks are reset.
