How hardcore are clans in this game? Been having fun trying to get ragtag randoms to do stuff in Shard 2, but I assume it would be way easier to join a clan and just ask in a Discord for bodies to do a goal/idea. I suspect some clans are super hardcore and won't appreciate some (essentially random noob) try to do things. Or nah?

Grinding is way less od imagine. Though its still nice if you do logistics every other day. Every shirt ( respawn token ) takes a minute to craft, same for weapons and ammo. You dont HAVE to gather them but its nice to do so once in a while.
Explosives are the worst. I probally spend 2 hours crafting 200x 120mm shells that get used up in 15 minutes 🤣
