PIAT is a little more complex tbh, its a far more complicated launcher compared to what a rocket is (Essentially just a metal tube)

The Warden PIAT is either overly-engineered or a 'oh shit we need an anti-tank weapon yesterday' hence why it's a big spring and not a full rocket system
it's important to note that most of Caoiva's production capability was hampered through having to fight in their homelands, hence the 'PIAT' would make sense for them as a cheaper and less-involved option to produce than a rocket launcher

Its sometimes useful to join a group of people if you want to be a part of organised operations. Theres a lot of clans running around so you can look for one in #clan-recruitment. Its not compulsury to be part of a clan but if you want organisation, thats a good place to start

At least from a dnd standpoint Elves are mechanically and lore wise much better then most other races. Thus they are pretty elitist. Especially with magic and dexterity.
