Hi, I need help with "Joinable Ranks". I tried to insert 38 roles and I see them published in the list of roles but if I try to refresh the Dyno page it deletes them all except the last one inserted. I tried again to insert a few (2 or 3) but the same thing happens, that is, only one is kept in the role list (the last one inserted). In the server Dyno is at the top of the users list. $2+ is the reason for the warning

We use Discord to ban users, so if the user can not rejoin after being unbanned then they more then likely have an alt banned within the server. This is due to the fact that discord bans are IP based.

We are unable to assist with this as it falls onto Discord's systems and not Dyno's.

We generally recommend you keep the regular Dyno in your server. That's because if your subscriptions ends/expires, your premium bot will leave the server, or your custom bot will go offline, thus leaving you without Dyno.

After you have activated and invited Premium, the premium bot will fully take over all functions either way.

Note:

If you upgraded through Discord's App Discovery page, you are required to keep the regular Dyno in your server, otherwise Discord will automatically cancel your subscription.

Having an issue setting up Dyno welcome message.

Trying to make a welcome message with the embed being as the message type. Everything else functions perfectly, but the gif never works when I try to display it for the welcome message.

I always put the gif url in the image and yes, I add the .gif extension to it.

On the preview, the gif is working, but it never shows up in the actual message. I even checked bot permissions.

You cannot create a custom command named ?report or create buttons, but you can make a custom command that sends a message to a staff-only channel and then staff can take action as needed.

As you can see the dyno bot is physically above and also has the Permissions.
I also alr followed the steps given in the support and by the AI.
The problem i am facing, is that the Dyno bot does not add the Role to joining People.
It worked once before. But then i changed the Name of the Role(from members to Members) and afterwards it stopped working.

I alr tried removing and readding the Dynobot to the server and also removing and then readding the Autorole.

Yes, without the @everyone role permission to Send Messages, users won't be able to send messages in any channel. When Dyno then restricts roles in a lockdown, it revokes this default permission.

this is not an issue on our end im afraid. forms are functioning just fine. it seems the appeal you first sent was rejected and only the server admins of the server that banned you will have control over the per user rate limit set on the form

It's not possible for an AutoMod to automatically ban someone when they send any message, though you can use multiple Bad Words terms to cover a vast majority of messages.

Dyno just deleted thousands of messages from a server but the purge command is disabled and it deleted messages that were older than 2 weeks

could you try this:

• head onto the module (on the dashboard) and bring up the Developer Tools on the browser by right clicking and selecting Inspect element
• in the tabs at the top click on Console
• go ahead and try to add the reaction role again

while adding the reaction role and saving check in the console for any errors that pop up
Note: do not worry about errors that are already in the console just check for any errors that appear when configuring the module
