Long time dyno user, long time server lurker.

Never had to ask for help before but im running up dry.

I'm trying to add reaction roles to my server so users can react to the dyno post emoji to then be allocated a role within the server automatically.
This can also be multiple roles and essentially is the same default permissions for everyone but more just so i can tag people individually based on the interests.

I followed a small guide online however from what i can tell "reactions" aren't assigning people to the role(s) they want.

Happy to post here or be DM'd, I have screenshots prepared to show whats happening on the website / my server.

I can get it to post correct and be able to react to the emojis but when we do that it seems to not give the correct role. (e.g. in my case, I was using modlogs on a speific user when it says "application failed to respond" (discord prompt, I think) when I use slash command, or Dyno straight up ghosts me if I use the regular way of sending the command (?modlogs XXX.) This problem only persisted for the modlogs of that specific user, so modlogging others worked, and other commands used on that specific user also worked. I saw 4 picutres of some crypto type of scam screenshots sent into my instagram from my own account. Later I couldn't log into my discord and after reseting my password I saw that all of my friends chats where ''I spam'' these pictures. I saw all of my servers missing in discord and that I am no longer part of them. We use Discord to ban users, so if the user can not rejoin after being unbanned then they more then likely have an alt banned within the server. This is due to the fact that discord bans are IP based.

We are unable to assist with this as it falls onto Discord's systems and not Dyno's.

For Dyno to be able to manage or moderate any role, he has to be VISUALLY higher than the role you want him to give or remove on the Roles page of your Server Settings. Otherwise, Dyno will not be able to manage users who have the role.
Note: If you have invited a Premium bot, there will be a second "Dyno" role belonging to the Premium bot!

Dyno is simply a service used to moderate users, and as such, Dyno Staff cannot help you with moderation issues from other servers. If you believed you were mistakenly banned or there was another issue, you must attempt to contact the staff of the server where you were banned. You can ask a friend to do this on your behalf or see if the server has any other social media. If the server has a Dyno appeal form set up, the link would have been DMed to you when you were banned.

Autoroles doesnt work for me. I gave the dyno role Administrator, put it above the role, i want to give the users, and gave him the permission to manage roles. But still, its not giving the role.
