Beyond Council and Developers, our staff team is comprised of Support Team members who are the Dyno experts, Moderators to keep the server friendly, and Community Staff who focus on making the server engaging and inviting. See #welcome for some more details.

We do not have open applications or have a way to recommend someone for joining the team. All staff roles are manually given to those we deem to be a good fit based on merit after being proven an active and supportive member in our community. All you can do is be a friendly face, supportive of other members, and active within the server. We are always on the lookout for new faces who are a good fit for the team!

The wording of them ‘not being able to see it’ implies to me slash commands are not showing up. I’d ask them if prefix commands work correctly. If they do, they’ll need to navigate to the commands section of the dashboard and sync commands.

That’s because Dyno hides moderator commands from those who don’t have moderator permissions. He simply hasn’t added their roles as moderators yet because commands haven’t been synced.

How 2 reconfigure your Custom Dyno GlitchedDynos

Head to the Premium page and login if necessary.
Find your Custom Premium subscription (example below).
Click on Configure Custom Bot and carefully go through the setup wizard again!

Notes:

You don't need to create a new application, you can use the one you already created which would be found in the Developers Portal.
When you get asked to activate a server, you can safely close the pop-up.

For Dyno to be able to manage or moderate any role, he has to be VISUALLY higher than the role you want him to give or remove on the Roles page of your Server Settings. Otherwise, Dyno will not be able to manage users who have the role.
Note: If you have invited a Premium bot, there will be a second "Dyno" role belonging to the Premium bot!

Beyond Council and Developers, our staff team is comprised of Support Team members who are the Dyno experts, Moderators to keep the server friendly, and Community Staff who focus on making the server engaging and inviting. See #welcome for some more details.

We do not have open applications or have a way to recommend someone for joining the team. All staff roles are manually given to those we deem to be a good fit based on merit after being proven an active and supportive member in our community. All you can do is be a friendly face, supportive of other members, and active within the server. We are always on the lookout for new faces who are a good fit for the team!
