Platform-based Matchmaking

The Hive uses platform-based matchmaking (PBMM) for PVP games.

Queues that have PBMM enabled will split players into three groups: Touch, Console, and PC.

PBMM is automatically disabled when a game-type has under 200 players in it (measured per queue-type such as solos, not per whole game). This is re-evaluated every 10 minutes.

Don't think so..........The highest input type in a party is used for the queue. For example, if an iOS player is in a party with a Windows 10 player, they'll enter the PC queue. So unless the player changed their platform you guys were still in the PC queue given that the gamemode had over 200 players

Play squads with a party, you can get through many games quickly. Also try to adopt a more aggressive playstyle, around 1 game in 5-6 minutes. Otherwise it’s just a matter of grinding a lot im afraid

complete the daily and seasonal challanges, if you already did the seasonal ones then ignore it; I recommend you to rush every team, getting their bed, doing final kills and the regular kills which gives you an amount of xp

level 39 is only about 60% of the way to max, it’s really unfortunate but the last 10 levels make up the rest of the 40%, what i would reccomend is doing duos with a friend and popping a booster, i wouldn’t do squads because final kills get stolen a lot and they give the most XP
