There are multiple ways to achieve that glitch, ranging from game functioning to bad internet, that it's kinda impossible to get rid of, especially with the bad internet part.

Too many kids have their internet running on a big bowl of rice water and watermelon, that they might not even be able to move when killed, but won't respawn and become a fucking turret.
