Gotta be honest (at least imo) the only reason any of this is happening is because RRS is a thing. People rack up subs in order to get it and start spamming these trashy rooms with little to no effort. They can throw in a bunch of sketchfab models and transactions and call it a day. RRS allows these people to crank out these rooms faster and faster and get more and more tokens from 4 y/o’s. In my opinion if you are going to get Rec Room studio, Rec Room should do a background check on your account. It will limit the amount of people to get rrs and it will let smaller creators who don’t have a ton of subs and don’t make roblox rooms to use it as well.

yes, publishing to the invention store means that you accept that anyone can use your work for any reason.

the only granularity is the can key/cant key toggle. players need to know more - most asset stores have licenses for this reason, rec room does not. in either case this is not a users fault, its RR's problem to fix.

None of the players who have had their rooms delisted in my tickets seem to have been given bans/moderation action for any significant period of time.

This includes junior tagged rooms that had nude costumes +seats on beds and 200k views.

I got a response. Out of the 8 tickets I reported in my crusade, 4 got clear action. 3 rooms got taken down and 1 room got its thumbnail removed (was a skibidi toilet game). Tomorrow I will look over the other 4 tickets and see if my evidence wasn't clear, my wording was off, or if the room just didn't break any clear rules. Regardless, I can now confidently say that tickets do something.
