Just wondering how much F.. I am for PCVR VRChat with my quest 3 is it to the point I should just trow my pc outside ?

You cropped out your VRAM and RAM usage, but only 16GB RAM is rough on VRChat if in a instance with more than like 20 people (might be less for you, I am around fairly optimized people)
But raw spec wise it should run alright, have a friend with similar enough specs.

I recommend going into safety settings and disabling shaders and animations for everyone regardless of trust rank (which doesn't mean anything past visitor), setting your maximum download to something less than 50MB and uncompressed size below 100MB (you can tweak these but they are good at culling out the actually bad very poor avatars from the alright ones and uncompressed size is likely what is making you suffer the most) and you should also make heavy use out of distance culling, only show the nearest 15-20 people within 20-30 meters I think are good settings here.

Oh my quest don't capture it I think bacause I don't crop the bottom remember having seen RAM at 15.32/16 in purple also nearly alway at 14ish orange and for the Vram it mostly was in light orange 5.40-5,80/8

This is what I get only launching the game and loading the default Home world private... so my guess is I do something very wrong or really bad settings somewhere

Purple means really struggling, you are heavily making use out of Window's page file, a file on your boot drive that Window's writes stuff from RAM to when everything cannot fit in RAM, the performance drop off when VRChat stuff starts sitting in the page file is extreme.

If your boot drive isn't a quick SSD then it is even worse than extreme.

If you upgrade your RAM I am sure you will have a way better experience, for me several years ago it did a really noticeable difference to the overall experience.

This is however one of the worst times in history to buy RAM though, buying second hand is your only option.

Ok I feel really dumb now after found the problem pc resolution was 2k (2560 x 1440 with 125% scaling) steamVR was setup as 1920 x 1280... and not sure why but setting in VRChat were all High.....

Changing my pc resolution to 1920 x 1080 same with steamVR in option, help very much was more stable but still arround 13/15.9 RAM and 6/8 VRAM.
So I drop most settings in VRChat to Medium, shadow Low, AA x2, Mirror Half and now I turn arround 50ish fps with drop 35ish when there many peoples arround, RAM and VRAM feel better too 11-12ish/15.9 and 4.5/8

Someone almost literally asks that every day.
It has never had it officially, a modified SDK (ToS breaking) made it possible to upload avatars with audio, but performance and real ease of crashing Quest users made them eventually block that ability.

Quest will probably have it someday, but likely not until the Quest 2 has been completely dropped by Meta.

That’s an imposter. You either don’t have the avatar fully shown or the avatar isn’t even supported for quest at all.

They are getting rid of fallbacks sadly

And replacing them with garbage (imposters)

Yeah, and you can’t see when their talking via mouth movement, you can’t see their hand gestures, you can’t see any facial expressions, no physics, and sometimes it generates weird and the avatar can be naked or even have like large spikes that are annoying.

Also crotch is always open on most Avis, because of how the imposter cuts the limbs

So like they are all a little bit ‘naked’.

On worlds yes, because VRChat worlds on Quest can use most shaders without issues, it is just that shaders like this hit harder than they do on a PC.
As for why that is allowed, worlds are primarily static and it is on the world creator to make the world performant while it is on VRChat to make avatars be somewhat performant.

Any shader that supports cutout will work on Quest, transparency just works, it is more special shaders like fur shaders or shaders using grabpasses that won't work.

I can recommend https://gitlab.com/s-ilent/filamented though, because it is PBR and made to be efficient on Quest.

Unity standard isn't actually a good shader, it is just a default, which doesn't mean good.

Short answer: Yes, they work.
Long answer: Every shader will work*, the only kind that won't are shaders making use of grabpasses (the kind of glass shaders that blur things behind it for example) and geometry shaders (creating mesh, but you can still create mesh other ways it is just that this "better" method doesn't work).

If you don't mind testing then you could just test if the shader works.

Yes, Poi works, but do use Poiyomi world instead of the normal one, the normal one obviously doesn't support baked lighting and other world specific things.

And while it might not make that much sense to you, any effect using the depth texture only works on Quest if the depth texture is enabled through Udon, best way to know which shaders/shader features require this is by looking for if they have a warning that you require a realtime light for it to work (which is the old way of enabling the depth texture).

Transparency is hard on mobile GPUs, the Quest 3 seems to be able to handle it better, but the Quest 2, which a lot still use doesn't (also, if you are going to be using Poiyomi or any kind of fancy shader then have someone, or you, test it on a Quest 2, some shaders will specifically kneecap the Quest 2 because of hardware limitations).

Not aware of any document, shader wise I have said all you need to keep in mind.
Unity wise everything (that works on PC VRChat) does just work, aside from post processing, which is outright disallowed on Quest worlds.

Without a PC your only choice really is SlimeVR, but there are some bad camera based solutions that just require your phone.

With a PC, even just a weak one to work as relay, your options do open up, but some solutions can be kind of complex to setup.
There is no tracking system right now that will just work with a Quest, everything has caveats and draw backs completely ignoring tracking performance.

Assuming they deliver in hopefully less than a year Fluxpose could be the best solution, but it is currently only a kickstarter and you would still need some kind of PC, even if only a raspberry pi, to be the relay.

And just to be really clear, Vive Ultimate trackers are bad, do not get those, they are not only expensive but poorly implemented, a properly implemented self tracking tracker would be great, but those are far from that and they don't work Quest standalone.

Slimes are like the only ones you can use anyways, you can set up the slime vr server on your headset if you get side quest and load the slime apk

You do need to hook them up first via your phone or computer then you can turn them on anytime and they will just hook to your headset

I've had better luck with VD compared to steam link, provided you're using a recommended router that is good enough, you can get a stable 500Mbps (at least on quest 3, not sure if quest 2 can support 500)

Generally Virtual Desktop is the best option, it will most times just work and with good default settings, but with the potential to tune it to your preference.
Steam Link generally works well too, but it makes anything not straight forward less sharp.

To me it sounds like your setup is the problem, your PC not powerful enough, PC not being connected by ethernet to wifi router, you having your Quest connected to a 2.4GHz wifi network rather than a 5GHz one (any modern router sends out both kinds, 5GHz is waaaaay faster but lower range), stuff like that.

Then I would look at different creators that offer free ones for the platform youd want it at. (ex, quest or pc)

You can use prismics 🤷‍♀️ but I’d stay away from avatar search’s as there are lots of ripped and leaked Avis in them

So yeah guys. They made vrchat unplayable on quest 2 , i get that is a old hardware but damn. I literally formatted and everything, i join opti box ,ALONE and i get the lousy "low memory" and everything goes "no image" and my avi goes all pixely,i get that its supposed to not make u crash but make a damn option for it at least....thx for making the game unplayable and basically forcing me to buy a better vr or a nice pc.

usually people in vrchat had social anxiety when they first got into it and I did as well. After taking a 2 year break from the game, I realized that its a game and who cares if they’d think I was weird. I also had friends who were extroverts at that time so that helped me break out of my shell a bit.

But you can’t entirely fix the avatar if you weren’t the one to originally publish it.

Sorry I’m answering your questions out of order, but server crashing CAN happen from an avatar but more than half of the time, it’s because of the servers.

I think why people think age regression is weird because they mix it with some thing ENITRELY different. Age regression is a coping mechanism, that even therapists reccomend to some people. People usually do it after they’ve had trauma when they were younger and they just wanna be a kid again sorta thing. But not all people who age regress have trauma and some just find comfort in it. People tend to mix it up with ||age play|| which is a gross thing.

Overall though some people still find regressing weird which I understand not everyone understands it but, just thought I’d explain.
