As I said. The vast majority of oil shops make their money from add-ons, not oil changes. So the margins tend to be extremely tight or even a slight loss. This is why they push for other things when you get there. Charging you 20-30$ for an air filter and 10$ for fluids or 20$ for bulbs is pure profit. Cheap or competitive oil change prices get you in the door to profit using high margin sales.
If you take your car to a dealership or similar then yeah, you can expect to pay 120$ because they will always charge a full hour of labor regardless of how long it takes. Oil shops don't do this. They work in volume and make money from add-ons not oil. Remove the hour labor, and 120 becomes 60. Paying an hour labor for the easiest possible job is silly, but some are okay doing it. So be it.

But if you get banned by microsoft, not from a server itself, you can be fully banned from all multiplayer activity, even the servers that dont care.
They have yet to say they are planning to not do so, seeing how a lot of the profanity filter whackyness has been fixed so far but no visual or code related stuff on that. Its looking whacky
