That's not how 2FA works generally
A password and 2FA if enabled is used to exchange a session token with a server, that token then is the only thing used to authenticate while it's valid.

Yeah the problem is that they often use a grabber and literally just hijack you the second you login. It's actually a common practice to inject code into Discord itself as it's Electron and doesn't get fully removed even when uninstalling unless you use something like Revo Uninstaller, or clean up manually.

On my old phone I've this issue even on some apps with 3GB RAM. It's impossible to login with 2FA on that device alone without the help of another phone. Cause the app im trying to login to just closes and login progress gets lost and it's not fast enough to get to 2FA again within 30 seconds

Just build in biometrics into your PC, with finger print, retinal scan, and face ID. Have the finger print scan happen while you enter an 8 digit pin code.
Then to complete your sign in, you have to give a blood sample, and after that you have to drive to an undisclosed location within an undisclosed time limit to put in a key if an undisclosed type, while a trusted friend does the same in another undisclosed location.
Then you push the red button, and then you get back home and enter the 1000 character password within the time limit. If time runs out, you have to start over.
