well if you want to start learning from scratch, you learn sculpting and the geometry of objects and shapes, vertex and faces and all that jazz. Theres no way in hell that someone will make a tutorial video that is exactly what you wanted from scratch. Thats like 1 in a million chance. Those things i mentioned are learned through multiple tutorial uploaders and usually not from the same guy. Sometimes you may find some help from this server if you look at the correct channels.

Some lessons are learned through trial and errors just by messing around and fiddling around with the options provided for you and by going back a step via Ctrl + Z.
