You mod VRChat so you can see your FPS in the top right corner (i know it exists in the quick menu already but it's the best thing i could think of for this comparison) and VRChat finds out, maybe bypass the ban and do it repeatedly like Adeon said. Would it be fair to actually drag them to court over something simple as that compared to an aim hack in Fortnite or whatever game? A simple ban would do it fine every time in my opinion. But if you have someone continually breaking your terms of service by strongly negatively impacting your other players to the point that it’s starting to effect your bottom line and they continue to get by every IP ban you set, there should be point where it is criminalized, yes. On online platforms it's also a bit complicated. Not every ban that happens for example is justified or even has a valid reason. I'm calling Discord out for this as an example. I know lots of cases where people get banned for no reason. Or more like they were on the wrong place at the wrong time. Just being in a server and never talk there can get you banned from Discord as a whole. Discord sometimes purges every user account in a server that was seem against TOS. You don't even have to have access to the channel where TOS breaking content got sent. They'll just ban your account and 99% of these appeals will get unseen. So i understand that people bypass in this case. Of course if you did shit than it's no excuse to bypass. I would have lost several friends from Discord if they would actually enforce banning accounts that bypassed bans.

If you're currently having problems using VRChat at the moment, it looks like Steam is having some issues with their authentication services. It also could be potentially something bigger farther up the chain (there's also some reports with other services). It looks like this has been going on for about 30 minutes.

You should be able to avoid these issues by using a different authentication method than Steam. If you use a VRChat account directly (email and password login instead of Steam), you should be fine.

Since this isn't a VRChat outage issue, I don't have any ETAs or status messages, but we'll make another post when things look like they're clearing up. Thanks!

You might actually be able to log in now if you're not connecting the headset to a PC. If you're logging in to VRChat through the native VRChat Quest 2 app, you shouldn't have the same issues Steam logins are having.

Yeah. If you're in a time zone where it's currently late I'd say sleep on it and check the next day and if there's still a login issue (because I'm assuming it's a VRC account you're logging in with) then you can raise a ticket with support.

Full-body question. Sitting cross-legged, if one tracker is occluded, and turns off due to this, when it comes back ~ it seems to bind to the other foot, even though in SteamVR they're showing seperately.
Added: Via SteamVR, they're designated manually, as well.

thats not a clipping plane thats a collider. the clipping plane is how close your camera can get to something before it culls (dissapears)

which creators if youre reading this please set your clipping planes to 0.01 😩

Have they tried restarting VRC, disconnecting the microphone, going into your PC settings and running the built in troubleshooter there?

If none of those work I'd recommend trying a different microphone. Otherwise it might just be that microphone, assuming it's not a problem in other games/services.
