It's a common add on for creators to use in VRChat.
However, Too many dynamic bones can get laggy though so it's smart to keep the number low when possible.

have you made a vrchat account? if you just play thru steam or quest you will always be "visitor" unless you make a real VRChat account. they will let you merge your friends and stuff from your steam/occulus to vrchat account with a code they give you
