Hm Im not sure, the only times I have been in a public world was with this one friend and we made a giant group. Eventaully the world had like 20 people randomly join (Not all at once just over time) and a few people blasting loud music from their avatars and people who had these weird orbs that distorted your vision also joined and finally a guy who I presumed to be a crahser joined and at that point my friend had us evacuate

Make a vrchat account on the website.
Log into the game on your steam account and open the settings menu, press upgrade. It will give you a code for the website to link it

Is it realistic to find a way (or place) to post suggestions to the dev team?
I've been thinking ever since I started playing last year, how lacking the social tab is in terms of finding your friends. They all get lost in a linear list. I really wish they would create a 'notes' or 'tag' system, so you could state who they are, maybe where you met them. The 3 friends playlists doesn't offer this, it's just another list that loses people when filled (I have 150+ friends, I don't remember most, because I couldn't make a note saying something like, "Met at the pug, made that funny joke" Or something similar.
I've had friends change names on me, and I would have NEVER known if they didn't tell me.
Just an idea/rant. I just wish I knew if the devs were doing something to improve on this.

Checking and resetting router, checking if they are having issues using downdetectors website, then if that isn't having issues, I check my cables connecting to the router in case there could be any damages or if it slid out of the router some.
