Well there are 2 ways to go about it: You either go in VRChat and search in Avatar Worlds, or make one yourself by using Zbrush, Blender and Unity.
You can also have one commissioned by a modeler as well, for that just search for the discord server 'VRC Traders' in the #community-servers-old channel.

In the logs, there is a list of all users that were in the room, but you have no way to tell who was the crasher. + moderation wants picture/video proof.
The crashing is undetectable, because their modified client will order the api as if you changed the avatar yourself. If you look there, you will clearly see, that "you" activated an avatar pedestral.

Some of the public avatars I have found have props, though I don't know if I can actually interact with them.

@small wing Honestly, VKet as far as models go is nothing special. They're nice models, but it's really just a bunch of anime models and some interesting toon shaders. It's cool and all as a concept, but I doubt much would help you there unless you're making things from scratch and bring something that lets you see topology
Like the coolest Booth stuff I can see geared towards creators is things like Snori's arms/legs and other creators props.

which is entirely possible via just kitbashing and texture editing, it's what a lot of people I know have done. the model doesn't have to be perfect all at once, you can tweak things here and there to see what you like as long as you keep the same general "look" that people associate with you. it's why my design is keeping my bright pastel and gradient color schemes despite it being a total different look

i literally sent the artist all hte references i needed and then an "inspiration" folder in order for her to know what kind of look im trying to portray
that and there's always the option of paying artists to do the design for you as well

My tip would be making a folder, separate it into sub folders like "shirt, shoes, accessories, pants, hair, etc" and just add stuff that matches your style to each of them over time, then slowly parse out the things you want to narrow it down to
Yeah, for example my Hair folder has images of Balalaika from Black Lagoon for the back hair but different referefences for the front and bangs, then a color example using my existing avatar. My clothing one has pics of Kittan's jacket from Gurren Lagann as well as KDA Kaisa from League of Legends.
then for "parts" I've got my current model's ears, the eyes/eye makeup from bayonetta, and af ew eye examples i found on google images

You need a vrc account to log in to upload. Steam accounts wont work in unity. So you can link a vrc account and then use that to log in

You can clean cache by deleting everything within C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\vrchat apart from output_log.txt and config.json if you have them
