Open rant. I have heard that Networked IK in the open beta is even worse. I'm criticizing the choice of priorities for the features to be updated for the game. Restoration of the IK system back to it's glory before Networked IK was reintroduced should be the absolute number one priority and the next patch should not be released until this is done. I can wait for audio improvements, but I can't wait for what is arguably the one system that defines the immersion value. I want to stop having to look at my friends moving like robots. Their low update rate, interpolated movement is extremely jarring and kills immersion to the point that I keep being reminded that I'm in VR. VR is a form of escapism for me and the fact that Networked IK makes it harder for me to escape reality is awful. Please improve the IK system.

In oculus software go iinto settings, then in top right click beta and enable public test channel
It will then tell you "OY, MATE... MAAATE... THERE'S AN UPDATE FOR YE"; you let it do its thang and when you return to VR; your noodle will be blown and you'll feel things you've never felt before...

Yeah, came with a DAS too! albeit one of the headphones are broken so I can't use the actual headphones, but I won't complain much
One of the trackpads has the problem where I can't click on the right and top-right, but after I found out I don't have to hold down on the trackpad to move it hasn't really been that big of a problem for me
The tracking's definitely better (Although not ideal, I still need to put one of my base stations in a better spot), the contrast is better, and I like how higher quality everything is
On my Acer headset the velcro was peeling off the headset, and it had a few dead pixels
I'm not talking about the foam (although the included foam was sort of starting to fall apart), the actual like velcro that was attached to the headset was peeling off, so I couldn't really take off the face foam without being really careful

I will say as far as WMR and Vive, the tracking on WMR's controllers while the controllers were in view was pretty much indistinguishable from the vive's, although being able to have my controllers rest on my sides without having to worry if they're in view or not's wonderful

Another thing I appreciate over WMR that I don't actually see mentioned too often is the direct integration with SteamVR, there were a few longstanding bugs with the WMR portal that often annoyed me, such as if SteamVR stayed frozen for too long or something, it'd get 'detached' from WMR (SteamVR's view would stay in place in space while the rest of my view would be normal, kind of like if it was displaying on a TV) and a few moments later it'd just go black, and the only way to fix it would be to exit and relaunch SteamVR

People mostly gather at the 4 main portals, the house of pleasures and the open market just near the portals. And one other open area where there are several portals that lead to 6an and 12 man dungeons and raids.
That chunk alone can be done while keeping the performance in check.
The gun slinger school, Emperor's steps, black market, Zaiwei blossom garden etc are too much to add with vrc limitations unless you sacrafice alot of details.
