Due to a bug in the notification system, every client sent multiple requests over Cloudflare per second which made the system (meant to protect from Distributed Denial of Service attacks) think that every VRChat User is a malicious DDoS-participant, and therefore flagged most of the IPs as untrustful. Also they are "working on it" :/

You'll get ranking for hours (barely anything), friends with high ranks (if you delete them, you will lose that bonus), and uploading content (avatars and worlds)
The specifics are secret though. I'm fairly sure on the above info as I've seen all my friends slowly get trusted rank, but officially the system is completely unknown/secret

Yes and no I’veHeard of issues where my friends couldn’t upload avatars after a certain amount because it had deleted them so I’m not sure I haven’t hit that point yet I’ve also heard other issues where this guy couldn’t scroll because he had made like over 1000 avatars or something

Doing past server outages (2 days ago?) the client would send too many requests, which might have gotten some people blacklisted from Cloudflare which VRChat uses. I don't know anything specific though

@spare sluice the point of vrchat(in my perspective) is to interact with others using your voice. You can be cringy, silly, memey and all other things, just be sure you don't violate the rules.

I have noticed an odd bug at times where I can hear myself for a split second when there's an heavy amount of lag, usually relating to avatar switching, but never beyond 0.1 seconds of it or such.
I'd recommend you follow the steps at #vrchat-support , and contact the support team to see if they can help
