you aren't supposed to just drop the new sdk in your assets
you need to close unity
open the asset folder of your project in the file explorer
delete the vrcsdk folder and vrcsdk.meta
open your project again and then import the new sdk

The cool thing about prefabs is that they work by reference, so if you upgrade an SDK in a project using the process shown in #vrchat-support , even though you (temporarily) will have "Missing Prefab" errors, it'll fix once you import the new SDK

Virtual audio cable is hella outdated, look into Voicemeeter.

And make sure to explain and tell people on how to properly level their audio.

For this Voicemeeter is the perfect tool with readable level meter.

Let's say you use Voicemeeter
The Mic should RMS (normal speaking volume without peaks) at around -6dB on the output with enogh headroom for the peaks to not overshoot 0dB (clipping) if the regular peaks do go higher then you'd adjust the RMS down so the peaks dont clip (except unexceptional big peaks). (Normally you'd use compressors but thats not the right place here )
And i'd place the music level at least 6dB below the mic's RMS level. (And dont forget to set the volume slider within VRChat to a good setting aswell)

Oh, and since we talk about YouTube, it's to be expected that every Song will come in at a different level since most audio uploads are bad random channel uploads of people who dont know what a audio meter is and how to use it.
So it's important to explain to the readers that they will have to readjust the audio level the actual playback levels.

With these kind of guides that aim at completely unknown users that just want to archive a goal its very important to educate about important factors cus they wont search for what to pay attention to and just blindly follow the guide.
When playing back audio trough communication ways ment for voice its very VERY important to pay attention to your levels.

The ingame FPS limit is pretty fixed I believe

It lies anyways. Your screen updates every 3 frames or so on average (it's random) giving you seemingly 20-30 FPS on desktop. This gets worse if the world you're in has a slower physics update rate.
No issues in VR though
