If you mean how VR menus work, they don't render the exact same image in each eye
Otherwise you get those eye-hurting effects that you sometimes see in glass or water shaders
They usually opt for actual 3D interfaces
Serious Sam VR and PAYDAY 2 VR both put you in a separate "room" while the game is paused, with the menu projected onto a 2D screen in front of you

I've met a hacker a while ago, he spawned objects after I blocked him to try and crash me, I quickly switched instances
Two days later, some idiot came in with one of those hacks that make you invisible and unable to be selected, and he ate chips very loudly
Another time, some guy spawned a camera which hijacked everyone's view (VR users still had their right eye)

Trying to do it, the gauntlet and hand of the character get all screwed up because of the fact that the gauntlet has to be attached to the forearm/hand

There is no time set you need to play or anything like that
Just play the game and once you unlock the stuff you will get an ingame msg and email telling you are able to upload stuff ;p
