I think my problem is just from controller abuse. The touchpad on my left hand is a little harder to click and buggier than my right controller after a few months of holding it down in VRChat :( A restart always fixes it for me temporarily. I would fire up another game that has movement in VR and see if it also bugs out after holding down the move button for a few minutes

@worthy pasture not sure if you fixed your problem but, in unity if you have to many avatars in a scene it won’t let you upload for some reason. Click on each avatar besides the one you want to upload and hide it that should fix it.
