Apparently, some of my avatars violate the terms of service, and I have no idea why. They contain no sexual or gory content, no political or religious content (Though one has a picture of Jesus, and another has a picture of Trump, but they are not accompanied by any controversial/offensive context), and are not made to directly insult anyone. The only thing that I could think of that could possibly warrant a ToS violation is that two of them have audio sources, but the audio is barely audible unless you are using the avatar or very close to someone who is using the avatar.

I heard the new sdk update will bring a private flag for your avatars and that when it releases all existing avatars will be marked public. I think they should be set to private on release instead. The majority of people wont want to have their avatars public and the servers will be pounded by everyone reuploading

VRlow and DesktopLow are the same. It just reduces the graphics on desktop, which can lighten the load your PC would need to handle.
In regards to DesktopLow.
If you plan to mostly play in VR, you may as well do DesktopLow.
