@amber dawn OpenVR Advanced Settings (and a related useful tool, OpenVR Input Emulator) are both safe to use and will not result in any ban as they do not modify the vrchat client.
I also strongly recommend them both, as advanced settings provides lots of useful extra tweaks and tools, and input emulator lets you rebind buttons to others. Unfortunately last I checked, it has a bug where config isn't saved for some reason.

The company seems to have an unknown number of these phones all routed through the same external ip in Chicago, far from where I am. Well I use English pmx editor for almost everything. Two most important things is bone parents and weight painting. That’s most likely your issue.
