No. If you have nsfw textures on your chest or groin area or it's even an option at all then you will get banned due to a new system. You need to check the boxes marking your avatar as nsfw before uploading to prevent this from happening. I recommend deleting all the old avatars from your uploads not from unity itself and re-uploading them with every nsfw tag checked off.

The clothes can be covering them but if the texture itself is there even while fully covered it does not matter.

Your IP can and likely will change over time, it can be spoofed, same goes for SIM cards. They're not great to use for account security. As well as the GDPR implications of storing a phone number.
A backup email would be a good idea though but it's up to VRC weather it's worth investing the time implementing a backup email for the small amount of people who loose their primary email, would be nice to have though

Where are your 2FA Recovery codes? When you enable 2FA VRC provides you 10 single-use 2FA recovery codes you can use at any time to get into your account if you lose access to your 2FA device for any reason (phone was stolen for example) Those will also get you in. That's on you to store securely like printing and putting in a safe place, or saving in a password manager.

I didn’t have 2FA enabled, it was just sending me a code to my email. I finally found the email it was using and was able to log in.

I have 2FA set up now. So that will hopefully help moving forward.

The avatar sitting would have to be scaled to the avatar with the pack, changing their height to match the player, the pack its self wouldn't be able to have straps because it wouldn't fit all avatars, what I would do is use avatar height to assume back placements, and then add a slider to adjust the position of the backpack, just incase it doesn't fit your avatar, nothing more then just, left right up and down, althought thinking about, im sure someone could write a script that searches for the players arm, shoulder, head postions based on tracking data, another thing, stations on avaters have always worked fine for me, me and my friends have one that we can even stack unlimited players on and it causes zero issues
