For client user, they can do some more than just crashing, like blasting obnoxious audio, making all world objects orbit around someone, forcing clone avatars, no clipping through walls, etc.

On the quest itself you'll see a popup that says "use quest link?"
Click it and it'll open into PCVR which from there u can open SteamVR then u can play any PcVR games on steam

I also suggest getting OVR advanced settings (also free) so u can use playspace mover on pc

Heโs making a new account because the other one couldnโt get back on because of two factor authenticator. He wants to make a new account because he wants to upload avatars, but I canโt do that until the old account is deleted so we can merge a new account.

Also, 2fa can be handled by support usually.
Additionally, 2fa is something that was enabled for everyone and will be send to their mail if they had no app.
That's not a account hijack
Btw closing the old account may still not allow them to make a new one with the same name.

Essentially he was using Yahoo and was never receiving any new code for the 2FA and could never get on his account. so he wanted to delete the old one and make a new one.
