Well.. the measure is as strong as the moderation. There will always be people slipping in between the cracks.
In general, if you behave on your alt acount you "could" get away with a ban evasion. but yeah, if they find out for whatever dumb reason then the ban usually turns in to a perm on both accounts as far I know. So not like you could consider this "sound advice".
