and whenever I ate out I chose whatever had most protein and calories

I was able to buy oatmeal in bulk for a cheap price, the protein bars were a cheaper brand that tasted like shit, the premade shakes were store brand (less than 2$ for each shake) and protein powder seems expensive but as a long term investment it’s actually rather cheap
