I found out yesterday that Borderlands 3 cost aorund 90 million dollars. So why is it they can't get their video settings to apply properly? I set it to 1440 in fullscreen mode and the window minimises. So I maximise it, and it auto minimises like it can't keep the modal form. I'm damn pissed off from the years broken Win updates. It is always the same, a ghost keyboard layout is added. Which can't be removed, you need to add the same layout, apply, then remove it, so that ghost one also gets removed.

However, today is even worse, can't find which layout is this.

Apparently all of my games. I get frame stuttering after playing for a while. I have searched reddit and everywhere else I could but nothing worked.
I tried uninstalling my drivers using DDU.
Installed the oldest version I could find.
Updated.
Checked CPU and GPU usage and temp.
Just seems like every thing is in order but the problem is still there.

Also ran tests on my CPU, GPU, RAMs, HDD and SSD
