its based on the kind of sampling you choose, by default it renders a nice little spiral shape
thats why the render loads in bricks instead of pixels
but if u got a good GPU, u should be using that for the renders instead of the CPU. if have an RTX GPU, enable OptiX denoise and render style

Animation was already pre-setuped if you read the description. It is mostly the same for all of them if you noticed. I suppose the goal was the environment, vfx, lighting etc.

I would rate the experience 10/10 if there were no cables involved (altough air link looks promising, just not on my wifi) and if the fidelity was a bit higher. i mean you really notice low res textures in VR

VR was a gimmick, though Nintendo's Virtual Boy was not a good example of VR.
Even back then industries are attempting to do VR, full colour, though in less than 20 FPS

yea but cameras dont use x rays
nor can they see in 360 degrees of freedom unless there multiples of them mounted around the area or suit-based tracking is used
its obvious why people use motion capture suits when making videogame animations
but not everyone can afford high-end business-class vr and tracking systems
so cheaper more cost effective consumer versions are created
with more wearables actually, like gloves, and suits, they can track extremely tiny changes in anything, and have it be 100% accurate/true-to-life

yes but if you are a game developer, or really want to be immersed in your virtual worlds, regardless of how little support that tool has, it is still a huge difference
plus a lot of people have money to throw around or like me hate the consumer trash especially awful companies like facebook who are just making dumpsters full of old vr equipment
