It has to run from cmd, so you can put that part in a batch file, which is what I did. powershell.exe -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\whateverScriptFile.ps1
So, yeah, it won't let you run it from powershell directly.. but it has no problem letting you start powershell from cmd while setting the execution policy for that powershell instance

Yeah, I had all kinds of bizarre problems with just having a multimonitor setup
like the cursor would randomly just start flickering as some random piece of graphics from somewhere else on the screen
and this was not a fault with the GPU I had, the problem persisted across multiple series of AMD cards and many different sets of drivers :D

Being able to run around with the shotgun/freezer equipped and hit a button to launch a rocket or another button to lob a giant stake across the universe was fantastic
I remember that Doom had weapon upgrade stuff... but I'm pretty sure I can't tell you what any of them were other than the plasma rifle did something when it overheated

Doom Eternal did a bit better with the upgrades, at least some of them were useful to swap sometimes
but definitely some felt like an obviously better choice majority of the time (eg. grenade launcher on shotty instead of the fast firing mode)
