Guides in POE are all good but most of them are trash or broken or nerfed these days. If you get a current league build from Mathil or Zizaran its generally a decent cheesy way to do end game content, but it comes with the cost in game. Everyone builds them so the price of items skyrockets.
This league Im using the same build I've used for the past 3 leagues. Refined. Cheap. Effective at end game maps. But because bleeds are popular this league, my helmet went from 40chaos to 400chaos. And in 2 days total playtime on my char, I've made no more than 80chaos playing solo. Sucks.
without the helmet, I can't complete the build because it's everything towards my single target DPS. So bosses are taking me forever with aoe dmg

67% evasion + 60% dodge + 45% spell dodge + Acrobatics + Arrow Dancing = 95% chance to avoid projectiles, and the rest is evaded or dodged mostly. Only time you really take a lot of damage quick is either bleeds (which you can negate) or if you are cursed (can negate) or if you are within an aura that reduces accuracy or a map that reduces dodge luckyness

mirage archer was decent when it first released. I saw a few people mixing it up with blink arrow and generating a few rangers behind them. Not seen it for ages tho. I thought about giving the mirage archer a go but I'd have to do all the maths first. It might not be as effective as the 3x * 0.6 as it states. Who knows

Aah, I bet its common thing. Not sure about the stocks, but there are like so much different financial tools. For example you can have contracts with a promises for future deal, it might have or may not have an way backup. Kinda the banks. They don't hold your money at all. They spend them all the time with the promise to make them available to you if you need them.
