There's Zeus that's in the works in the USA.
There's the Chinese line of GPUs that might challenge NVidia - at least over there.
There's the Indian ones that are supposed to be in development. God only knows about that.
Intel is on and off about its GPUs.
AMD is developing its integrated line further, although they seem to be more focused on AI-related stuff and mini-PCs.
I wouldn't be surprised to see more options in the market soon ™ , but that doesn't necessarily mean cheaper ones.

I fail to see how a 16 core cpu would struggle on 1440p when ryzen 5 5600x - ryzen 7 7800x3D does 1440p flawlessly with a 3060 12gb-5060 16gb, rx 6750 xt-rx 9060 xt.
Unless you're saying the Ryzen 9 7950x cant fully utilize the rtx 4090 even in 1440p, which is very unlikely.
