my setup atm, i zoom in closer to the surface, it gets darker, i zoom out, it doesnt get brighter, i zoom in again, it becomes even darker... in the same location... its ike the darkness adds up indefinately until black... same for areas where it gets brighter, my black material is like 80% white with a 0,01lux light

ah, discovered that light functions simply can not change the ligt color... meh... i want my light shafts to alternate colors depending on location so they get rainbow colors... seems only one light can produce them per scene, and that can only have "light color", a color... not even a shader... argh

indeed. That is, with current tech they use. 4g passed through, but 3g was damaging and before that with microwave tech, they used to fence off the emitters. We used to have one on top of our college that connected to the JANET system. It scary AF.
on average we get more radiation from sitting in front of a monitor than we do using a phone. Unless you are one of those habitual phone users that uses it more than I use my pc.

I treated mine with vaping a mix of cbd and thc. Worked perfectly. I haven't used it for 6 months tho due to money issues. Supposedly SSRIs work for it too but they have an adverse effect on me.

I'm been using some drops that you mix with water, they are pretty mild plant based anti anxiety thing so I can use it often without any adverse effects, it does help but doesn't get rid of it
I'm much better now than I have been a year ago, couldn't get up or take a shower or anything without feeling like I'm about to die any moment, standing in the shower with the heart rate at 180
Now the situation is much better, my hr is normal but I still can't go with a friend out or even drive without my anxiety going insane

yeah it's debilitating at times. Keep trying different things. There is something you can use to alleviate it but it takes time and a solid doctor to go through the motions. It took me years of twisting my doctor to try help and in the end I had to go private.

Yeah, a recent instance of irregular heartbeat from anxiety set me back a little
it was just PVCs/pvc bigeminy (defined by every other beat being premature/skipped) which is pretty much harmless if you are healthy but it's easily one of the scariest feelings
You feel a beat, a pause then suddenly a really strong thump and this repeats until you calm down
And I've done every heart test/exam you can imagine and everything was perfectly normal so I know it's nothing, just anxiety but still, that's not what you think when it happens
