Maybe it's because I've never been an admin and/or I've pretty much only ever used P4V but I've never really had fuck-ups with Perforce, even when going through the command line it's been pretty smooth sailing.
Where with Git, it's like, "Oh, I just want to make this tiny amendment to my commit", but you make one tiny slip-up and two hours later you're doing a rebase of a branch of the 4th fork you accidentally created when trying to fix the problem.

like, i did architecture, and it was amazing what you do if you have no clue how a building works, you dont bother with technical stuff and limits, you just design mad things that are great.... then you learn and your ideas become restricted, which is super useful since it makes thoughts faster and more focused, but it removes that magic creativity of knowing nothing, or having completely different ideas than what is "normal"
you combine that with a good tech artist and the two can do interesting new stuff

nature cause instincts react to a pleasant environment like a neat wood with a stream, sounds like magic shit but from personal experience its a mad difference wether you stand next to a busy 8 lane road or in a peaceful park with a pond,
tranquility cause stress is not so useful (goes hand in hand with the nature stuff),
working away on the stress creating problems helps to reduce the creation of more stress,
what these issues might be should in severe or lasting cases of course be defined in therapy aswell as how to overcome them best,
descent food and a bit of fitness just keeps your body in a natural balance that is better suited to fight stress and its consequences.

you can be the healthiest person in the world physically but the mind is a different thing. Specific ingredients do make it work better, or inhibit negative effects, but even the richest man in the world at peak fitness can be depressed or anxious. We are the product of our environment and sometimes that can be incredibly damaging and for life, not just for christmas
