**My hopes are they removed the 5 dockyard max for capital ships, they made it where patrol is more needed and u need like 10-30 ships for good patrol rather than 1 spotting ship, fixed it so a strike force is fixed into like 4 different groups rather then a deathstack, also making tier 2 research quicker same for 3 and 4, that ship catapults can be actual planes rather than automatic, same for the new submarine carrier **

You can create different faction templates, with different default rules, and different manifest etc.
