there are errors in the map files

you should check their localization as well as any files you have edited

if you just want the error to go away delete the modding files that caused the error to appear

otherwise, you should go into the mod files (if it's your mod) and fix it. If it's not your mod you should wait for them to update it to the new game map, and just disable the mod for now

u get event about how many navy u get when civil war starts

the top option is the one that gives you the most navy but ur meant to promise to develop navy or smt via some focuses

after 2 years and you not done any of the focuses

the navy try to coup you and the bottom option makes admiral become leader

they ended up being at war with Serbia, Russia, France, Belgium and the UK, within the first few days
