Cool little tidbit from the patch notes - remember how before BBA, the "Independent" State of Croatia would revolt when the Axis invaded Yugoslavia, as they did historically?

They fixed the AI so that Croatia has come back from the dead. Basically Yugo AI would always complete the decisions to crush the Ustashe, preventing them from forming. In real life they very obviously failed

It can be pretty frustrating to get so few bonuses and it's frustrating to waste time and ic on something just to get it snuffed out by someone else

Which is why I'd suggest limiting it so that it can be done once per year by each faction AND make sure if one happens while another's effect is still active it will increase the duration
