Major dlc: new mechanics, 2 major nations focus tree reworks + 2 minor nations new focus trees (for 20$)
Country pack: 4 minor nation focus trees (for 10$)

How it actually is after literally the 2nd major dlc:
Major dlc: new mechanics, 1 major nation focus tree rework, 2 minor nations new focus trees (for the same price)
Country pack: 3 minor nations new focus trees OR 3 minor nations focus trees with shared branches and 2 extra minor focuses (for 50% more the price of a country pack dlc)

I would prefer updating existing focustrees before adding new ones to belgium and austria. The entirety of TFV is integrated in the game but added nothing. Australia f.e. being locked out of a 3rd research slot till august 38 is just banana's. Raj with about 3 (210 days!!) railroad focuses without actually having trains or trains researched. The Workforce integration or Land Clearance focuses also feel somewhat dumb being able to do those after your corestates are in the direction of fully build anyway.

Canada's good focuses stuck behind walls of focuses that add nothing. Like 2x 3% common wealth research bonus or added 4 steel and 3 chromium... Or extra consumer good reductions already 2 years into the war when ur at max consumergoods reduced anyway.

Btw, that decision chain needs some work - the Wehrmacht didn't like the SS but there were several SS divisions recruited from volunteeers in occupied territory IRL and the Wehrmacht didn't get mad at that

Also, I would like to see options for SS recruitment in the Balkans that doesn't give divisions but instead reduces resistance because the local SS recruits there were only used for "bandit fighting" and not seen as suitable for frontline combat - a fair assumption since most were little more than thugs that wanted a steady salary and the chance to rob and murder Serbian civilians without punishment

What I DO think should happen is that the dissatisfaction should actually come from the SS - they start demanding priority for new weapons (small timed factory debuff), field command for Himmler, more authority in occupied territory. Wehrmacht didn't really start opposing hitler until the war was going sour

Just go to hearts of iron, gfx, leaders, go to the country folders, HOL, BEL, etc, and replace the portraits with your own, they have to be DDS files though, and just copy the old files name and paste it onto your own
