If japan goes nonaligned they can manually justify on china on date of start focus for marco polo.
Do not kill the spanish player with volunteers, you can grind but dont push them into dying.
Rules pertaining to formables are void.
Sub Ideas Are Banned.
5 players max to a faction (2 majors max or 1 major 1 super major)
Majors can protect their faction members before the date of war if someones trying to kill their faction minors before the allowed major vs major war date. (IE: russia justifying on romania and hungary in 1939) ONLY APPLIES IF THE PLAYER IS IN FACTION PRIOR TO JUSTIFICATION

SORRY FOR WRITING HERE BUT THERE IS NO MORE MULTIPLAYER CHAT SO I HAVE TO WRITE HERE. @Brennen and @TheAverageTroll i'm sorry for what happened. But still i could have just white peaced with germany but the fact is that in that exact moment my wifi (so hoi4 and discord) crushed and I had to Connect my phone internet to my computer. When I did that I saw that you had already banned me from the game and I did not have the time to fix my mistake of declaring war. This series of unfortunate events cause you to think bad about me after 3 days of playing great Japan in this server and I'm sad about this. I just want to apologise (even tho I don't control my internet) for what happened e you will not hate me for this game.

P.S. if I didn't crushed we could have fixed this problem but my discord crushed. Sorry for bad english
