My impression of that mod is that the AI there has huge front lines to cover and spams like large amounts of 9/0s or the like

so the gameplay gets really frustrating

if you're set on doing space marines then just chuck a battalion of the most heavily armored tanks you can make into a big inf division

there's not really a standard for org and it depends on the unit, like for example tanks can do with lower org since they'll knock the other unit put of the fight faster and you can force attack, but inf divisions will usually have like 60-80 org
