as if they want to attack you they either have to go through burma or via naval invasion
the first non-indian enemies that show up are typically australians and new zealanders

well, you dont really need to attack the us fleet since your sitting in whole of canada and attack the us from land, so ye just raid the convoys
if you see that they are trying to get dominance in a tile where they can naval invade you can then add your own navy to the spot and fight the us fleet
