Anywho, one thing I kinda appreciate about HOI 4 is that it forces preparation, because the lag time between "factory built" and "you now have another division in the field" is so long. You need to build the factory, wait for its efficiency to ramp up, then you need to train (and ideally exercise) your divisions, ship them to the front, and in one last delay, wait for them to re-org.
