• Abysmal dogshit air designs. Remember that bad air = worse than no air. Extremely outdated, not following any base rule of design, I'm guessing those are the starting ones. Use these, you need to research 1940 airframe, heavy MG, range improv and survivability studies for that. don't produce any air until you get these designs
• research excav 3 and continue your eco focuses
• import fuel from iran to get enough, don't make your air run for no reason
• use the SPG MIO on SPGs, not daimler. Daimler is only to be used in production lines, not as designer
• Use mech instead of trucks in tanks. If you don't have mech yet or enough to fill it all up, then use cavalry instead
• don't spawn in the shitter even/decision templates, they're worse than nothing
• there's no reason in the world to use brutal oppression as garrison law. harsh quotas is best but if you struggle with resistance, local police and secret police on big cities it is

Basically you try to make them near impossible for the AI to find, major weakness though are carriers with scouting planes
